How Far In Advance Should I book?
- We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends during the summer peak season
Can I Change Or Cancel My Booking?
- Yes, changes and cancellations can be made subject to T&Cs, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments
How Long Does Set-Up & Collection Take?
- Typically 15-30 mins, depending on the equipment on hire and the type of access available
Do You Need Access To Electricity?
- Yes, most inflatables require a standard 13amp power supply. If power is not available, please contact us as we can offer generators.
How Much Space Is Required?
- Each product has specific space requirements, these are shown on the product pages, contact us direct if unsure
Is Adult Supervision Required?
- Yes, adult supervision is required as per T&Cs
Are Your Inflatables Safety Tested?
- All inflatables are PIPA tested annually to ensure they are fit for commercial use, and all electrical equipment is PAT tested.
Are you Insured?
- Full Public Liability cover up to £10 million
What Happens If The Weather is Bad?
- Outdoor set ups can be effected by wind speeds or gusts exceeding 24mph or extended periods of rain. We will contact you before the booking date if you are effected.
