Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable booking deposit of £30 is required.

Customer Cancellations

  • More than 21 days before the booking date
    • Full refund of all monies paid, including the £30 deposit.
  • 14–21 days before the booking date
    • 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 7 days before the booking date
    • No refund will be issued of the £30 deposit

Where the remaining balance has not yet been paid, The Big Bounce House Ltd reserves the right to invoice cancellation charges up to the value of the agreed booking or potential earnings for events.

Weather Policy

The safety of our customers is our highest priority.

Bookings will only be cancelled by The Big Bounce House Ltd where weather conditions make the safe operation of inflatables impossible. This includes:

  • Sustained or forecast wind speeds exceeding 24mph
  • Persistent or heavy rainfall
  • Thunderstorms or lightning
  • Any other weather conditions deemed unsafe by The Big Bounce House Ltd.

Where we cancel due to unsafe weather, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Transfer the booking to another available date within 12 months; or
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Venue Cancellations

If a venue, school, organisation or third party cancels an event after confirming the booking, the above cancellation terms will apply.

As dates are reserved exclusively, late cancellations often prevent us from accepting alternative bookings and may result in financial loss
